Greendale Community Theatre Performs RENT

July 24, 2009

Greendale Community Theatre presents RENT at Greendale High School, 6801 Southway, at 7:30 p.m. on the following dates: July 24, 25, 31 and August 1.

 

Rent is a rock opera based on Giacomo Puccini's opera La Bohème. It tells the story of a group of impoverished young artists and musicians struggling to survive and create in New York City.

 

Tickets are $12.00 at the door for adults 18 years and older, and $8.00 for students. Due to the mature subject matter, students under age 14 should attend with an adult.

 

The Box Office opens at 6:30 p.m., doors open at 7:00 p.m. For more information, please call the Greendale Park and Recreation Department at 414-423-2790. Or visit the Greendale Community Theatre Website http://www.gctheatre.com/
