Local Artists Among 'Fine & Wearable Art Show' Participants

Bayside watercolorist Judy Gahn Murphy will be one of nearly 40 featured artists at the Elm Grove Woman's Club's Fine & Wearable Art Show, 13885 Watertown Plank Road, Elm Grove, on Saturday, April 4, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, April 5, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

 

Other local participants include Diane Richards (watercolors) and Fr. Don Schmidt (oils & acrylics) of South Milwaukee; Debra Riegling (painted wood) and Tom Briesemeister (mixed media) of Franklin; Vivian Faye (batik) of Glendale; and Lynn Larkins (jewelry) of Shorewood.

 

Admission is $3. Parking is free. The building is handicap accessible.

 

Lunch, beverages and homemade desserts will be available for purchase.

 

Several area charities will receive a portion of the profits.
