Rottman, 64 years
Al and Betty Rottman of Glendale celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary.
They were married on Oct. 28, 1945.
Al and Betty, residents of Laurel Oaks Retirement Community for two years, are the parents of Linda (Doug) Shelter of California and Mark (Colleen) Crane of Mequon. They are the grandparents of Sara, Rebecca, Matthew and Carey.
Al was office manager and board member of Electric Sales & Engineering for more than 20 years.
Betty was a special education teacher at Shorewood High School and a department chair.
The couple had a courtship that included a trip to the Washington High School Prom via a Milwaukee Street car.
