WHS Adoptable Animals

The Wisconsin Humane Society (WHS) is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to build a community where people value animals and treat them with respect and kindness. For more than 128 years, WHS has been saving the lives of animals in need. We offer adoption services that place 9,000 animals in new homes annually, veterinary services that save thousands of lives, educational programs that instill respect for animals, behavior services to assist guardians and a myriad of other initiatives that help end suffering for animals. We depend entirely on private donations to fund our programs and rely on volunteers in nearly every department. Play Bean Bag Toss aka Cornhole for Charity

Raise funds for the Wisconsin Humane Society by playing Cornhole at the Pettit National Ice Center’s Brew City Bags Bash Tournament on Sunday, April 18, 2010 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. This event will be Milwaukee’s first ACO-sanctioned Cornhole Tournament and the World’s Largest Indoor Cornhole Tournament. C'burg Benefit to Help Ozaukee Animals

The Ozaukee Humane Society has been chosen as one of three beneficiaries for the Cedarburg Junior Woman’s Club’s Toast for Charity on May 1, 2010. The funds raised at the event will be distributed evenly to each charity. Join us at the Cedarburg Cultural Center on May 1 for cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, auctions and a raffle.
