OBAMA: TIME TO GET PROACTIVE!
President Barack Obama must move past the stalemate created by right-wingers and greed-capitalists who want to see him fail, even if it harms America terribly.
Obama was elected to CHANGE things. In an effort to try bipartisanship, he has hit a stone wall built by Know-Nothing Republicans. It is hopeless for they are dug in to see him fail.
From the beginning of his administration, Obama should have clearly laid out his health care reform program to Congress and the American people. His early failure to do so has allowed all the lies and distortions to be orchestrated by insurance companies and right-wing organizations. He is seen as a threat to the immoral profit motives of the private health care industry.
With weak leadership from Senator Harry Reid and Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi, Obama has allowed all reform legislation to stumble in Congress and stall. He must belatedly take the bull by the horns and strongly lead change through Congress ...NOW!
His international leadership has had wonderful results, and the U.S. has re-gained its primary role in the world after the horrible mistakes of the Reagan-Bush-Clinton-Bush years. Mr. President, show the same dynamic leadership on domestic issues! Re-gain your mandate!
